The name of the organization shall be Asiwaju's Renowned Movement of Unrelenting and Enlightened Democrats (ARMOURED).
ARMOURED shall operate as a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-partisan movement registered under the Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
To build a united, enlightened, and progressive generation of Nigerian youth equipped to lead the nation toward sustained good governance and national transformation.
To empower, engage, and elect visionary Nigerians by instilling leadership values, progressive ideology, and democratic participation inspired by the political philosophy of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
To create a national platform for political enlightenment and democratic participation.
To groom and empower young Nigerians through leadership training and political mentorship.
To engage and mobilize apolitical citizens for voter education and civic action.
To promote the progressive ideals of inclusivity, competence, innovation, and resilience.
To align with and support credible progressive leadership at all levels of governance.
ARMOURED is built on the values and political ideology of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, emphasizing strategic leadership, inclusive governance, mentorship, women empowerment and youth empowerment. Our commitment reflects the belief that democracy is best served by informed and engaged citizens across all parties or demographic.
Membership shall be open to all Nigerian citizens aged 16 and above, irrespective of ethnicity, religion, gender, party affiliations or background, who accept the aims and objectives of ARMOURED.

Donations from individuals and corporate bodies
Grants and contributions
Proceeds from branded items and events
This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the National Executive Committee, Board of Trustees and Founders/Co-founders at a duly convened National Assembly.
In the event of dissolution, a one time compensation of 20% all assets of ARMOURED to the founders and Co founders and 80% shall be transferred to another NGO or charity with similar objectives, as decided by the Board of Trustees and National Executive Committee.
